This series is all about nurturing your body and mind during pregnancy. Each class will help you build strength, improve flexibility, and find comfort through breathwork, gentle stretching, and poses that support your changing body. Expect to feel more relaxed, connected to your baby, and prepared for the physical and emotional journey of pregnancy.
Whether you're new to yoga or already have a practice, this series will guide you through safe and effective movements for all trimesters. Plus, you’ll get to connect with other moms-to-be in our supportive community! 🤍
