Hot Power Flow

Our signature hot power flow is a fast-paced vinyasa flow practice linking breath to a dynamic sequence of poses designed to build strength and stamina while toning the body. Work up a sweat with our top-of-the-line infrared heating panels set to 92+ degrees Fahrenheit while moving to an upbeat playlist.

Hot Power Flow and Sculpt

Flow and sculpt is a dynamic class that combines hand weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls with our signature power flow class. Expect a challenging and invigorating practice that strengthens and targets all of your muscle groups while enhancing your flexibility and balance. This class is perfect for those looking to sculpt their muscles and deepen their yoga practice.

The room will be heated to 92+ degrees by our infrared heating panels.

Hot Pilates

Our pilates-inspired class offers a full-body sweat and sculpt session. We’ll build core strength and muscle stability through small, isolated, and repetitive movements (we may even throw in a cardio-burst too!) Our experienced instructors will leave you feeling in tune with your body and craving more of this low-impact, challenging, and fun class.

Warm Restore

Unwind, relax, and let go with this restorative, stress-relieving practice. Warm Restore is designed to gently guide you through soothing poses in a cozy environment to help melt away tension, calm your mind, and restore your body's natural balance.

Our Warm Restore class will be heated using our infrared heating panels at 85+ degrees.

Fusion

Fusion is a sweaty and soulful combo of all of our favorite types of movement: yoga, sculpt, light HIIT, and breathwork. Through this warm, music-driven class, you’ll find the power in persistence and strength in repetition. You will be challenged both mentally and physically while having fun and releasing what’s no longer needed. You will sweat, feel, breathe, and move. And you’ll do it again, and again, and again!

Warm Flow

Are you new to hot yoga? This vinyasa flow is a great way to introduce your body to and get acclimated to our heated classes. Build strength and flexibility as you get accustomed to the warmth and benefits of our infrared heating panels which will be heated to 85+ degrees Fahrenheit.

Core Connection: Pelvic Floor and Breathwork
