Flow and sculpt is a dynamic class that combines hand weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls with our signature power flow class. Reformer Pilates Flow

This 50-minute class will focus on precise movements and muscle engagement during this dynamic flow. Hot Mat Pilates

Our pilates-inspired class offers a full-body sweat and sculpt session. We’ll build core strength and muscle stability through small, isolated, and repetitive movements (we may even throw in a cardio-burst too!) Our experienced instructors will leave you feeling in tune with your body and craving more of this low-impact, challenging, and fun class.

Hot HIIT Mat Pilates
