  • Our signature hot power yoga class is a fast-paced vinyasa flow linking breath to a dynamic sequence of poses designed to build strength, stamina, and tone the body. Expect continuous movement, strong transitions, and an upbeat playlist as you work up a sweat. Heated to 92+ degrees with top-of-the-line infrared panels.

    This class is suitable for all levels. New and experienced students welcome!

  • This 50-minute reformer class focuses on precise movement, control, and continuous flow. Build strength, improve mobility, and engage your core using our state-of-the-art reformers, enhanced by gentle infrared heat. Heated to ~79–82 degrees.

  • Flow-based yoga layered with strength and cardio. This yoga-based class blends vinyasa flow with Pilates-inspired core work, light weights, and short cardio elements for a full-body burn. Expect rhythmic pacing, continuous movement, and energizing music in a heated room. Heated to ~92 degrees.

    This class is suitable for all levels. New and experienced students welcome!

  • Structured strength training supported by yoga warm-up and recovery. This strength-based class focuses on total-body power, stability, and control through dedicated strengthening blocks with clear sets and reps. Light to moderate weights and props are used, with yoga-based movement intentionally placed at the beginning and end of class. Heated to ~92 degrees.

  • This high-energy, music-driven class combines Pilates precision with HIIT-style intervals in a heated environment. Build power, improve endurance, and ignite your core while maintaining strong form and control. Challenging yet mindful, this class delivers an athletic, sweat-driven workout. Heated to ~92 degrees.

  • Relax and unwind in this soothing warm class designed to calm the nervous system and release tension. Poses are held longer and fully supported with props to encourage deep relaxation and recovery. Heated to ~85 degrees.

    This class is suitable for all levels. New and experienced students welcome!

  • End your week with a heat-driven flow designed to release tension and reset your energy. This class finishes with deep stretching and an extended savasana, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and restored. Heated to ~92 degrees.

  • Get your heart pumping in this high-energy yet low-impact reformer class featuring dynamic jump board sequences. Build strength, coordination, and cardio endurance while protecting your joints in a fun, athletic format.
